What this timeline is

An example structure taken from the approved product label — it is not a recommendation, and your prescriber's instructions and the label itself always control. Step increases on these labels are conditional on clinical need and on having spent at least the stated time on the current step, not automatic. The syringe-fill numbers are concentration arithmetic only: draw volume = dose ÷ concentration, and U-100 units = draw volume × 100.
